    can you explain a little more in detail? That is the obvious but I need to know why they were important because of their roles

    the first man is a man of regime and all about conquer and domination, the second is about freeing and supporting the oppressed - he established the doctrine that US used throughout europe called the truman doctrine.. read up on cold war
