Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1you might notice that: after the rotation, x and y change their values and their quadrant. As this point is in the fourth quadrant, rotating 90 degrees about origin gives the third quadrant. so, the point will be (4,10), where both x and y are negative because they are in the third quadrant.
