- anonymous

Q1 is 269.3

- anonymous

Find the volume of the given prism. Round to the nearest tenth.
a) 2,028.0 yd3
b) 1,756.3 yd3
c) 3,512.6 yd3

- anonymous

thanks for the 1 :)

- anonymous

i need help with them all except the last 3

- anonymous

q10 is 4189

- anonymous

Thank u

- anonymous

Q3 is 1,756.3 yd3 well i got 1762.8 so i wreckon its that

- anonymous

oh ok ty for that 1 :)

- anonymous

ok then for q7 i got 1092.72 so its close to 1,093.3 m3 so i dunno

- anonymous

Yea that is the same answer i got for that 1 also that one was weird lol well ty for that one

- anonymous

ty so much for helping me with these

- anonymous

am no probs there is ome i haven't a clue on like but i will help with the ones i can :)

- anonymous

Q5 is 768

- anonymous

ty :)
and also i appreciate that also...

- anonymous

so for q6 i got root69 for h but then when i put all of it in the formula i got 276.8 so i dunno bout that one

- anonymous

i haven't a clue how to the last 5 sorry

- anonymous

V=1/3 (area of base) (height) to find h 13^2=10^2+h^2

- anonymous

yea i got root 69 for h then the base is 10 by 10 so thats 100 then you put it all into the formula and i got 376.8 which isn't one of the options so not to sure bout that one

- anonymous

oh i see what u mean now
:-/

- anonymous

yeah i mean if you did a 1/3 by 100 then u would get 33.3 which is an option but its not right so i dunno ..

- anonymous

I guess ill go with that 1 because that is the only answer we can come up with ty with that one :)

- anonymous

ok and for q4 i got a completely different answer..than whats there

- anonymous

for 4 v=Pi^2h

- anonymous

that was the hint i got which i think u know that lol

- anonymous

yeah when i put all the ifo in so its like \[\Pi \times 3.4^{2} \times 11 = 399.48\]

- anonymous

Hu that is weird i wonder y that happened

- anonymous

i think for that question for what i got i think it is B which is 432.34 m^3

- anonymous

i dunno either i'm going extremly wrong or you have a messed up paper :L

- anonymous

Lol

- anonymous

Dumb teachers lol

- anonymous

What about 9?

- anonymous

haha know how ye feel :L

- anonymous

am hold on a sec i will try it now

- anonymous

:)

- anonymous

I think it is B i am like 55% sure so i want ur input on this one if u can...

- anonymous

i got 81 fot that one do you want me to show u how i did it ?

- anonymous

if u dont mind ya

- anonymous

yeah no probs

- anonymous

cool

- anonymous

so to get the circumfrence of a circle it 2 by pi by r so you let that formula = 16
then pi is also equal to 3.14 so multiply 3.14 by 2 =6.28

- anonymous

oh ok

- anonymous

\[6.28r=16 \]

- anonymous

ok

- anonymous

then r = 16 divided by 6.28 which is 2.54

- anonymous

now you have r just fill out the formula

- anonymous

oh i see now

- anonymous

\[4 \times \Pi \times 2.54^{2} = 81.07\]

- anonymous

ok cool

- anonymous

how about 12?

- anonymous

okay cool soz i couldn't helo with the last few ive no clue

- anonymous

i dunno how to do the rest sorry
