Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.2yea, you can see that when you look at your map. the centereast part of alaska is taiga/boreal and the rest is colored cyan (which is tundra in the legend)

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Next I have to explain the climate in the northern part of taiga, and the climate in the southern part of taiga.

thomaster

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.2That would probably be a mix between tundra and taiga in the north and a mix of taiga and temperate grassland/forest in the south. In the north it would be colder less trees. These trees are mostly gymnosperms (trees with needles). In the south of a taiga region it would most likely be a little warmer. Also you would find more angiosperms (trees with leaves).
