First one : momentum is constant, as there is no external force 2nd one: Velocity changes... umm, maybe because of the centripetal force while the block rises. This part of the question is not too clear though.

For the first i put that the horizontal velocity is constant because there are no external forces. Second one i put the vertical velocity changes because of acceleration due to gravity. but they are ambiguous so i was looking for other possible answers.
