I'll explain this for you in a very simple way. Just follow along. There's a difference between watching violent TV shows, and playing violent games. The difference is that in video games, we are in control. We control the characters that we play, and we control the violent actions that we do, in the game. Does that make sense? Because we are in control of the violence, in video games, we become more attached to the violence. It becomes more personal to us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ That's what "experts" believe.
