    Here are some basic facts that u need to know the difference between Plant cells and Animal cells. --Mitochondria and Chrloroplast are organelle structures. Plant cells both have Mitochondria and Chrloroplast but Animal cells only have Mitochondria. --Plant cells do not have centrioles while animals cells have it. --Plant cell has a cell wall while animals have only cell membranes.
