use the law of sines then solve for x \[\frac{ \sin A }{ a }=\frac{ \sin B }{ b }=\frac{ \sin C }{ c }\] \[\frac{ \sin 50 }{ 2x+6 }=\frac{ \sin 50 }{ 4x}\] does that help?
