What is difference between blocking and non blocking assignments?

    Not quite sure what your asking but capacitors are said to block DC so as to isolate the DC quiescence bias of a circuit. A capacitor is also is considered a short above a certain frequency when it's impedance is small compared to series resistance. These are usually called coupling capacitors.
