Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Not quite sure what your asking but capacitors are said to block DC so as to isolate the DC quiescence bias of a circuit. A capacitor is also is considered a short above a certain frequency when it's impedance is small compared to series resistance. These are usually called coupling capacitors.
