how do i write a method that takes an integer and an integer array and returns a Boolean indicating whether the integer can be found in the array or not in java

    Look into Arrays.asList(...).contains(...) Also, for Java you might want to ask in the top level Computer Science, not the MIT 6.00 one... cause 6.00 uses Python. Hehe.

    np. I just looked up what searches an array in Java. Don't actually use it... hehe... so it is basically a book answer. But DS2 knows his Java very well. There are a few others here that code in Java. Any of them that see it should be able to help.

    Hermph. You are probably better at Java than me since they are distant cousins. The closest I get to Java is C++!
