    mechatronics is a study of mechanics using electrical technology....say its a study for automating things using electrical technology like robotics..where human effort is reduced

    or else we can say that a mechatronic device is one that is able to perceive the surrounding environment, make appropriate decisions based on that information, and execute those decisions (take action)
