A world without math, featuring creatures evolved with no leftbrain abilities to quantify or analyze, would be impoverished indeed. Truthfully, we'd not even be aware that our planet is spherical curved and not flat, since the geometry necessary to attain that awareness (as performed by Eudoxus, Eratosthenes etc) would never have existed.

But the world would still exhibit mathematical phenomenon. Bees would still build hexagonal honeycombs because mathematics is embedded in nature itself.

"No math" to me sounds like no human constructed math. So, perhaps there could still be humans capable of not understanding math but still use it intrinsically.

Infant children can distinguish quantity and addition of objects at a very young age without even knowing language, let alone formal mathematics.
