how do you sketch a net of a polyhedron using these shapes?

    the triangular prism is 3 rectangles all the same size and 2 identical triangles attached to the ends of one of the rectangles. Its basically a flat version of the solid before its folded to make the shape. here is a link that may help http://www.learner.org/interactives/geometry/3d_prisms.html
