Little tip for exponents: \[10^1=10;\space 10^2=100;\space 10^3=...\] and so on, and so on. BUT when you go into negative exponents, you TAKE a place away. like this: \[10^{(-1)}=1;\space 10=^{(-2)}=.1; ...\] you get it?
