Ill do each one starting from the top: \[-\frac{2}{3}(c-12)=-\frac{2}{3}*c-\frac{2}{3}(-12)=-\frac{2c}{3}+8=8-\frac{2c}{3}\] The second has "\(\pm\)". Is that intentional?
