Start off with your opinion on the past points of the rest of the paper. Then give examples to prove your argument of your opinion, That help any?

Write it the same way you would write in a TL;DR for a long facebook status. If the situation allows, include humo(u)r. If you are comfortable, could you please share whatever you have written? That'd be a start.

You could restate the topics that you covered in your body paragraphs, but one method that I like using is somehow tying the topic of your composition to something on a broader, more worldly scale (if possible) or just trying to relate it to the reader to make the story feel more connected.
