can energy be made out of upward thrust when we install a device deep inside oceans??that trust can it give enegy??

Well, it would be a waste, because first you will have to spend a lot of energy 'installing' the device (overcoming the thrust and more), and it would be pretty much like typical potential-to-kinetic energy and vice versa thingummy. Simplistically, the thrust can provide kinetic energy, but you would have to spend equal or more energy first to put the device deep inside the ocean. So, trying to 'produce' energy that way, it isn't practical at all.

And though it is practically possible to find an easy way to get something to the bottom of the ocean and then alter it so that it floats back up ( we could fill it with rocks that we unload at the bottom) there is no easy way to harness this kinetic energy ( eg making electricity out of it, because there is no use for energy in an ocean unless it can be transported)

however, if you use mechanical energy (which we can't use for light bulbs) we can actually form a USABLE ENERGY!!!! for example, if u use a machine and push a solid circle to the bottom of the sea, if its is light enough it will start coming back up. We can attach fans connected to generators that move when the water above it is hitting the fans (because it's floating up). This motion will create ELECTRICITY (WHICH IS USABLE)!!!!!!!!!!!
