This is an eyeball problem. Just look at it. It is a circle of radius 6 centered at (4,-3). In this beautiful standard form, there is no need to wonder about it. Just write it down. @divagirl421 You just HAVE to show more of your own work. You should be encouraged NEVER to post a question without showing at least a taste of your own work.
