    You can ask an administrator to deactivate it for you, but it will never be fully deleted.

    Yep, but that's the same for everything on the internet. When you delete a photo on Facebook, it's never really gone.

    You can call them and permanently delete it, but cops and stuff can still get in.

    yes they can deactivate it, that's called banning. Same thing as suspension but it's permanent.
