Catalysts DO accelerate the rate of a reaction by providing a path with lower activation energy required to reach a transition state. This way, more reagent molecules are converting into product per unit time. Catalysts don't affect the extent of the reaction though.
All of the options affect the rate of a reaction. (unless it's a solution, then pressure has no effect.)
