-4 <= -2x
2 >= x (you change the inequality sign when dividing/multiplying by a negative.
-2x + 1 < 11
-2x < 11 - 1
-2x < 10

They are pretty much solved the same way as equations except for the rule about changing the sign when dividing/multiplying by a negative.
if there is an equal sign involved, the circle will be closed.
if there is no equal sign, then the circle is open.
if it is less then, shading goes to the left.
if it is greater then, shading goes to the right.
so we have 2 > = x or x < = 2
and x > -5
