With these types of questions, mathway.com is a fantastic site. Anyway, I know how to do this, so I'll help you. Okay, so take 7m^2 and 2.5m^2. They are like terms because they both have m^2. So, add them together because they are both positive. So now you have 9.5m^2. Next, take 6.5n and -4n. They are like terms because of n. Since 6.5 is positive, and the 4 is negative, you subtract. Now you have 2.5n. NOW, the n at the end of the expression is also a like term of 6.5n and 2.5n. Since there is no number in front of it, we assume it is 1n. So we take 2.5n and subtract 1n from it, since the 1n is negative. We now have 1.5n! Now, we put them all together in order. The answer you should get is 9.5m^2 + 1.5n.
