I think but not so sure .
See it is a 9 sided polygon. We can find the total sum of all interior angles by this formula [180 degrees * (n-2) ] where n is the no. of sides. So after you've done that! Add up all the angles you have been given = (9-2)*180' You'll get the value of x. And now get angle E (7x+9) by putting x's value in 7x+9!! :D Understood that?

I think this is an irregular nonagon (nine sided figure with unequal sides and interior angles) However, the interior angles of a 9 sided figure add up to 7*180 degrees = 1260 degrees To solve for the interior angle E (= 7x+9) you must add up all the interior angles, set that sum to 1260 and solve for x once you have x, you can use that value to find E btw, I am guessing angle D is 6x+14 rather than ^x+14
anyhow, as already well put by phi, add all angles to 1260 and solve for "x" A+B+C+D+E+F+G+H+i = 1260
