So for number 26, ABC =4x-12 and the angle ABD=24. Now based on the drawing, we know that there are two angles inside of ABC, which are ABD, and DBC. When you add them together, they will equal ABC. So the equation is ABD +DBC=ABC can you plug in the values? :)
okay so ABD= 24 DBC= 24 right? they are the same. well it looks that way in the picture!! @littlenugget
haha i'm sorry xD i just drew the picture to help visualize it, but this is probably not what the angle looks like exactly. So solve this you need to take the information from the problem, and plug it in to the equation: so for #26, it says: ABC=4x-16 ABD=24 so we are going to plug in those two values into the equation to solve for DBC the equation is: ABD+DBC=ABC
