The idea is that a rational number is any number that can be written as a division of two integers. Also, we have this sort of hierarchy you could say: |dw:1378182810904:dw| The category above is ALWAYS included in the category below. Which means natural always is a part of whole, and whole is always a part of the integers, etc.
