I'm working on problem set 12, the last set. It focuses on modeling virus populations in a patient. I think something is wrong with my implementation. In problem 5 in this problem set is says if you have 50 or fewer viruses, you are cured. That only happens when I introduce the drug with no initial delay. Is that the same as what other people got? Please check out my plots attached below. Is my answer for problem set 12, problem 5 wrong? Do any of my other plots indicate something I did wrong?

I found the answer online. Solutions to this class can be found here: https://github.com/sebrenner/Mit-6.00-OCW-Problem-Set-Solutions Basically I had a typo in my mutation probability. This can be seen in sebrenner's image. His viruses mutate far less than mine, see below image.
