Yes :) reflect in x-axis, where it wud go ?
ganeshie8
  • ganeshie8
use this :- reflect in x-axis : (x, y) --> (x, -y)
ganeshie8
  • ganeshie8
so, after reflection in x-axis, (-7, 2) --> (-7, -2)
ganeshie8
  • ganeshie8
next, rotate the point 180 degrees around origin

am i rite (7,-2 ) is the answer
ganeshie8
  • ganeshie8
Excellent !! 180 degrees rotation takes (-7, -2) to (7, 2) after that, reflection in y axis takes (7, 2) to (7, -2)

thank you now one last question sorry :) Which one of these is not a step used when constructing an inscribed square using technology? Create a circle using the center with given point tool. Connect the point with a line through the center of the circle. Mark the points of intersection between the three circles. Create another circle with the same radius as the original. for this one i think its the last am i rite? :)

180 degrees rotation takes (-7, -2) to (7, 2) after that, reflection in y axis takes (7, 2) to \((-7, 2)\)
