\(f(x)=x^2 + 5x\) at (4, 36) Take the derivative of f(x). Then evaluate the derivative at x=4. That gives you the slope of the tangent line at x=4. And, (4,36) is a point ON the tangent line. So you have slope, you have a point, you can cook up the equation for the line, right? :)

Oh, sorry - it didn't ask for the equation for the line. all you need is the slope. So ignore my last 2 sentences above, lol.
