Do you have ANYTHING for the area of a circle?

You did not answer my question. Are you SURE you have no formula AT ALL for the area of a circle? There is a pretty common one around.

I thought you meant numbers. Anyways, i used the formula (pi)r^2 for Area and for circumference 2(pi)r

So, \(A = \pi r^{2}\) and \(C = 2\pi r\) Can you solve the Circumference formula for 'r' and simply substitute into the Area formula? What would that do?

I tried that and got the answer (C^2)/(4pi)

Okay, it that correct?

That is not a good enough answer. Part of what you should be doing is gaining confidence in what you do. Did you make any errors on purpose? Did you write down your work so you could follow it and check it for accuracy? That is correct.
