    1.)Majoritarian politics: (Everyone who pays receives benefit) PubliC benefits at its own expense. 2.)Client politics: ( Only SOME PEOPLE BENEFIT even though EVERYONE PAYS) a group of the public get benefit but everyone in the public is paying the costs 3.)Entrepreneurial politics: (EVERYONE BENEFITS but only SOME PAY) everyone in the public is paying costs but only a group is benefiting. 4.) Interest Group politics: (GROUP PAYS and GROUP GETS) basically two groups or organizations are fighting over who pays and who benefits.
