that f(t) suxor but anyway f(0) means what is the population at time zero yes? According to the headline the are starting at 300 million so well f(0) is 300 million then it says the population grows at 1 person per 11 seconds but t is years so we will need to find out how many 11 second intervals there are in a year (since years is our time unit)...that will show how many people are added per t then the function becomes 300 million + the number of people (p) per year times the number of years (t) .....yes? or f(t)= 300,000,000 + p(t) then you will need to find the derivative of the function to find f'(t)....easypeasy
