Is anybody elses account not loading? My sister emailed openstudy about her account not loading, but mine loads fine? It's taking a while for them to email back so just though i'd post it here too.

Hmm strange. I've only heard of this problem 1 time before. That user had to make a new account because even the admins couldn't fix that problem. Maybe @preetha could take a look at it. what is her username?
