I know that a perpendicular bisector is a line that passes through the midpoint of a line. I also know that an angle bisector is a ray from the vertex through the center of the angle, but I don't know how to construct them.
Get ready ur compass! so firstly, place ur compass as show in my drawing(sorry for the horrible drawing). Then,use ur compass to mark out the arcs in step 1. Next, place ur compass at one of the intersections of the arc and the lines, and draw another arc. Then, do the same for the other intersection. So, the new arc u have drawn will intersect. In step 3 now, draw a line across and u get ur angle bisector
So you use arcs to make the bisector?

Ok, so when you make the bisector of an angle you have 2 arcs from puting the compass on the vertex. Then you put the compass in the middle of the rays and draw 2 more arcs that will cross in the center so that you can draw the bisector, right?

For the perpendicular bisector, place ur compass at A. Then, mark out an arc above the line, and another arc at the below the line(you might want to extend ur arcs a little) Then, place ur compass at B, and do the same. so the arcs will intersect. Draw a line across, and you'll get ur perpendicular bisector.

So the similarities of them are that they both use arcs to make the bisectors. And the differences are that the perpendicular one goes through the original line and the angle bisector is drawn to the vertex. Also another difference is that Perpendicular one uses more arcs to corss in the center in order to make a correct line. I think this is right, but I'm not quite sure.
