two balls of mass 100g and 200g respectively are suspendedneareach other. the two balls are initially in contact. ball 2 is pulled away so that it makes an angle of 45 degree with the vertical and is then released. find: a) the velocity of ball 2 before impact b) the velocity of each after impact c) how high will each ball rise

    does your question include the length of the strings holding up the balls? (a) can be answered using equations of potential energy and kinetic energy. B and C should be answered using equations of momentum. we should review elastic and inelastic collisions for that...more details, and i will try my best to answer!
