Write an algebraic expression for the verbal description.
Check my answers?! Thanks!
1. The product of two consecutive natural numbers. (I put x(x+1) simplified to x^2+x)
2. The sum of the squares of two consecutive even integers, the first of which is 2n (I put (2n)^2+(2n+2)^2 simplified to 8n^2+4)
3. The travel time for a plane traveling at a rate of r kilometers per hour for 900 kilometers. (So far I have 900=r * t simplified to 900/r=t but don't know what to do next)
4. The area of a triangle with base 16 inches and height h inches (i put A=16h)
