Can someone help me with a separation scheme in Organic Chemistry? It was a lab that we did, and we made isopentyl acetate from isopentyl alcohol, sulfuric acid, and glacial acetic acid

it's been a while since i did organic lab, but i would look at the solubility of the product in different solvents, see if you can pull it out into something non-polar like hexane, then evaporate it away
