Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Consider the coordinates (0,12500) and (3,16000) as x= 0 would represent year 2005, and x= 3 would represent year 2008. So the rate of change between these two points is just the slope of the line passing through these two points. So use the formula for slope to find the average rate of change between these two points.
