\[x^{7 \cdot ? }=4000^?\] We need to figure out how we can get just x on that one side recall x=x^1 so what can we multiply by 7 to get 1?

    so you would have \[(x^7)^\frac{1}{7}=4000^\frac{1}{7}\]
