    I don't see any markings to indicate that this is correct: b. a line segment congruent to a given line segment And, three of the four answer options have "perpendicular" in them so I think it has to be c) or d) because we ruled out a).

    There is no segment in the diagram that has been bisected. That is a ray there in pink and a ray has infinite length.
