I am going back to school after many years and have found I have completely lost all knowledge about punctuation. So it may sound stupid, but in the following sentence where would the correct punctuation go? Past medical history is significant for hypertension treated with medication obesity emergency appendectomy 1997 and bilateral tubal ligation.
