I need help, Thanks all :D.... The majority of federal cases in the United States are settled by U.S. District Courts U.S. Supreme Court U.S. Appellate Courts U.S. Courts of Appeals

    I believe C and D are the same thing... Which would leave those two out. The U.S. Supreme Court settles 1 out of 100 (they get near 2000 a year) That leave A. U.S. District Courts
