B - Performance analysis. The supervisor is meeting with the sales team to discuss what needs to be achieved (presumably following the supervisors analysis of the sales data) from the previous month. It might throw you off because it says planning specific goals for the future, but it also says they meet on a monthly basis - so it's safe to assume these meetings are regular sales meetings to look at performance.
