I know this is math but there are always a lot of people in math section rather than in english section so I need help I know this might be late and everything but I try and try and always end up in bad situation you can tell that my luck doesn't support me but oh well it's life so please help me I'm stuck on this question 5. what does the author achieve by mixing exact and approximate numbers in "A Contribution to Statistics?" (5 points)
