    chrome is much better than firefox IMO

    Fir me, Chrome calls home too much, does not support the plugins I do use, does not allow as fine grained script controls and image controls (they don't allow me to do a combination of whit and black lists, just white), does not allow me to do menus the way I like (I actually like menus and don't want it all hidden), and won't let me disable features they feel are critical and I feel are superfluous. I still use it. Just not as my main browser. There are some custom compiled versions of Chrome that can solve some of this.

    Well, I use standalone things with added security tools... so I am on the paranoid side of things. My view of "secure" is far different than the average user.
