    A sudden decline in unemployment means, suddenly, more people have jobs. I'll rewrite the choices for you. A-less farmable land B-more people getting jobs C-more people, less food, land, etc. D-not able to develop different kinds of businesses

    That's correct. A sudden decline in unemployment is a good thing and /doesn't/ contribute to poverty. Good job!
