Jesus told them to preach the word for the day of the crist would come. So after they got annointed with the Holy Spirit they started to preach without regrets.
The same way anyone reacts after being filled with the holy spirit. Some fall to tears, some people shake uncontrollably, some laugh uncontrollably. This is one church that I know of where you can get yourself baptized in the Holy spirit. http://www.revival.com/revival.xhtml
