Design of nFET
Hello !
I got an assignment today  everyone got a different topic and i'm supposed to design an nFET. Can you give some steps on how to proceed to design the nFET ?
Given I have
nFET
Configuration: CS
Biasing: Voltage Divider
Frequency Range: 450 Hz  200 Hz
Input signal: 40 mV [Sinusoidal, f = 25kHz]
Rs = 0.5 kOhm
Midband Gain =15
I don't really need the calculations, I just want the steps like,
Given you have Vi, you can calculate *this* and *that*
From *this* and *that* you can get *xxx*
