A beam is pivoted at one end and supported by a spring and a damper at the other end. An out of balance rotor is fixed to the beam and produces an excitation force. The out of balance mass is , which has its mass centre a small distance from the axis of rotation. The rotor has a rotational speed of rad/s. How to find the equation of motion? Pls help me on this.
