why did @aajugdar get suspend ? i mean what he wrote in his profile is his privacy , what coc rule that allow to suspend him because of that ??

    suspend msg " You were suspended for the following reason: Obviously you know the CoC since you mention it on your profile. It is also just as obvious you do not care to follow it."

    He used inappropriate language, isn't that too obvious just by seeing his profile? He even attempted to use inappropriate language with some others - In addition, he is going against the coc rule. He is simply disregarding the rules... which is not good enough ! Once you've lost your privacy, you realize you've lost an extremely valuable thing. And I think that's what has happend to him.

    yea @Miracrown pretty much explained it... Profile info is still publicly available. The text he writes is a direct indication that he's not prepared to follow the rules and that he dislikes it when people refer to the code of conduct. Also, not only the CoC has to be abided by, but also the TaC (terms and conditions). This document describes a lot more situations. The CoC is just a smaller simpler version for people who don't like to read the entire thing (almost everyone).
