    First we have to find the angle B and the angle B is\[180^o=B+48^o+46.7^o\]Then\[B=85.3^o\]Now using the sine rule we've got:\[\frac{sin(A)}{a}=\frac{sin(B)}{b}=\frac{sin(C)}{c}\]\[\frac{sin(46.8^o)}{44}=\frac{sin(85.3^o)}{b}\]\[b=\frac{44*sin(85.3^o)}{sin(46.8^o)}\]\[\boxed{b\approx60.16}\]
